34 years ago, I converted a cube van into The Spudster, my first chip truck, to serve up hot, fresh fries for the community. With a simple menu of fries, hot dogs, and burgers, it became a local favourite. That experience inspired The Spudster where we now bring you the best of our specialties with the same dedication!"

We have permanent locations at 1051 Little Britan Rd in Little Britain. In addition, we have a mobile catering trailer that we bring to special events. Come grab a spud!
